Resolute.
So 4 days into the new year. Have you made any life changing resolution in the beginning of the year and have stuck to it? If you have done so, congrats. If not, no worries. There is a few hundred more days left for you to work it out. If not, you still have next year. Or the next next year. Damn procrastinators >.>
Just two simple resolutions for me: have enough sleep for this year. That’s about 7-8 hours of sleep per day. Although I work shift now, I still need to get at least 7 hours of sleep. A complete sleep period. No breaking it up into different sessions. No power napping anymore. Just 8 hours of sleep to last one full day, without coffee boost in the morning. That’s 8 x 365 days worth of sleep.
Second one: Start excising!! 6 months of no physical activity left me weakened to heal my ankle. It looks fine now. Maybe I should go make a road bike to zip around in.
