Today is the day we go back to Tokyo! Yay! More über radical kawaii girls in mini skirts + boots and schoolgirls! Might get to see even more there ^^

Woke up about 8 to get ready for the shinkansen at 9.56am. Slept late last night trying to pack all the new junk I bought. I might have spent my entire savings in Kyoto >.< seems like the jet lag is getting to me. I’m feeling very tired by 5pm… Bought food and drinks for the 3 hour ride. On the Shinkansen now.

Kyoto has its own beauty. Geishas, kimonos, shrines, orange gates, handmade art pieces and nice scenery! The whole idea of going to Kyoto was just getting the experience of sitting on the shinkansen. Just gotta try to feel the speed at going at 250km/h. Everything just flies by. Me likes!

I was wondering what changes would the body would experience when travelling at such a speed. Really enjoyed Kyoto a lot! Now gotta take a nap…. Got to Tokyo the took a JR to Ueno the metro to minowa.

Got to Andon ryokan! Nice design the room is quite small though, like a prison cell. No water heater in each room. If you don’t mind the small room, it is a nice place to stay at. Rested of a while then of. We go on a short walk to the shopping area nearby. We walked and walked. Somehow we ended up at a curry house for some curry near the Asakusa shrine.

The shrine is beautiful at night! Then more shopping at rox shopping mall! Uniqlo!

Got a asahi clear beer and nice pasta salad for supper. Morning musime concert tomorrow!
