3 grams of Plastic
Another busy week with clinicals. Been grinding rep in WoW again to prepare for the expansion coming out sometime in Dec. I hope.
Jo’s birthday party last week. Seems that she didn’t want me to upload the pics for all to see. Maybe because of the close up shots on the face. heh, oh well.
The seminar with the NG photographers was an enjoyable one. There are lots of emphasis on the basics and stuff. Their way of shooting is purely for photojournalism, It means that no cropping or heavy PS. Just as the real situation is. Pretty hard to venture into that. But the perks of going to different places is totally mesmerising =D
At Comex 2008, lots of squeezing and gawking at Sony promoters girls. It’s becoming more like a car show with race queens parading around… Then crazy shopping spree for MJ on that day, lol. Feels so nice to shop and just buy stuff, yeah? No worries… (For that small period, though.)
So the last thing, this plastic brick from Singtel. The Apple iPhone 3G 16GB Black. Yeah, Black is in. White is dirty =/ After using it for a few days, it’s the only thing powerful enough to keep me awake on the train rides. 3G is a really powerful tool to connect to the internet and surf, read the news, check up on forums, chat on msn and writing emails. Great use for productivity with the 3rd party Apps from the Apps store. Expense recording, notes, games, sudoku, blog and all the fun fun things!
I love the freedom without using a stylus. Being a user of about 3 PDAs (Palm, Sony, Dell), throwing away the stylus is really a godsend. Although there seems to be a slight increase with typos, I can live with that!
