The last glimmer of the sun…

I took my IPPT on Saturday. FAILED! By mere seconds… So i got home feeling horrible due to i over-exerted myself beyond my current state of physical fitness. Puked 100 pluss. (Reminder to self no gassy drinks after runs and eat energy food before excerising.)

So what now? I plan to take one week to recover and concentrate on my tests for now. Then It’s gradual training for 2.4km for next year. My legs aren’t suited for running more than 10km anymore… So why not make it an easy 2.4km?

I’ll start by resting now =)
