Tokyo Day 2: Swimming with Mickey
Get your swimsuit on! We're going swimming with Mickey Mouse at DisneySea! Japan has this huge area called the Tokyo Disney Resort. Comprising of 2 Disney theme parks and loads of fun, the whole area has hotels to cater for local and foreign tourists from all over the world. One of the few places you must go when you go to Tokyo!
Tokyo Day 1: Flying for Curry in Tokyo
With just a few clothes, gadgets for navigation, and a thirst for wandering, I set off on a journey to the Tokyo in search of a special curry. That was found only in this Tokyo tower.
Atsui!!! Ubin!
The guys at the AnE department organised a department outing to Pulau Ubin. On an EFFING hot thursday. Haven't stepped on the island since like quite a few years back. 6 or 7 years? Yet I still remember all the traditional bicycle rental shops, the nice quarries. The mud roads are gone! Real roads cover the pathways now.
Remember the floods at Orchard a few months back? Starbucks@Wheelock was overflowing with coffee back then. Today, it’s changed to tall tables and metallic tools. A much more urban feel than the previous homey decor.
Hope it doesn’t flood again!!

I had never had a piece of that yellow flesh in my mouth as I have resented the overwhelming smell ever since I was born. Then for all sorts of reason, I tired it last night when I had supper with Edwin and Jianfa. Pretty tasty in fact. All that years I have been missing out on this stuff.

My first quiet evening to sit down with the iPad to do some reading.
The Girl with the Dragon by Stieg Larsson is a mystery novel. That’s what it is about for the first half of the book. Shall continue reading. Hasn’t really stirred up any emotions yet.
I’m seated at a restaurant with my food placed in front of me. Across the table is my bag resting on the chair. So, I’m eating lunch alone again. It’s quite enjoyable to eat alone at times. But you don’t wanna do it most of the time. *slurp*

The Coffee session on national day at SSC ends of with a new obsession. Words with friends! Get it from the app stores and join our brainwrecking fun! It’s a portable version of scrabble. Just that you can play with multiple boards at the same time. Freaking addictive. Plus you get to learn new words!
Endless hours of fun! Way more that godfinger.
